Intermediate Computer Technician (2-4 years)

Think Tank is a woman-owned small business with more than 27 years of proven success delivering exceptional IT and consulting services to the federal government. We are currently seeking an ideal candidate for the position of Intermediate Computer Technician (2-4 years) to support a high-impact staff augmentation project with Fairfax County, Virginia. This position is conditional upon contract award expected in September / October 2025. Résumé of successful candidate(s) will be included with our proposal. The requirements are as follows :

• Minimum / General Experience : Experience and training in desktop and laptop trouble-shooting (Intel).
• Additional experience working with and troubleshooting peripheral devices.
• Minimum two years' experience.
• Formal specialized training may be substituted on the basis of one month's training for one month's experience.
• Dell Latitude laptops, HP desktops and laptops (subject to change) and A+ certifications required.
• Functional Responsibility : Performs on-site or shop based (stationary) computer troubleshooting and problem resolution, Computer assembly, hardware repair, basic networking, operating system and application software installation and troubleshooting.
• Minimum Education : High School Diploma.
