Support moderately complex accounting projects while overseeing financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and enhancing internal controls to support strategic business objectives. Key roles and responsibilities include :

• Financial Reporting and Analysis : Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements). Ensure compliance with GAAP and conduct variance analysis.
• Month-End and Year-End Close Processes : Lead and manage month-end and year-end close processes. Reconcile general ledger accounts and prepare adjusting entries.
• Budgeting and Forecasting : Assist in budget preparation and monitoring. Provide financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Internal Controls and Compliance : Ensure adherence to internal control policies and procedures. Participate in audits and identify areas for process improvement.
• Other Duties as Assigned : Perform various tasks as needed, including special projects, ad hoc financial analysis, and supporting team members.
