Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Case Management Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 30 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel RN Case Manager Job Location : 500 Upper Chesapeake Dr Bel Air, MD 21014-4324 Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 16 : 30) Description : Unit / Details : 5x8hr days either 08 : 00 or 08 : 30 start depending on needs. Holidays as needed. Average Daily Census – 15 cases daily Patient Diagnosis - INPT case management providing and coordinating medical home care, placement, & social issues-wrap around type services for safe discharges. 2 yrs minimum experience. Will take a first time traveler. Must have inpatient experience and preferred EPIC.
