Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are wanting a caregiver who can properly care for a toddler boy and preteen boy. The toddler boy is heavy and the person will have to be able to lift him (30 - 40 lbs.). The caregiver will have to be comfortable with being around a camera, changing diapers, help fostering potty training once we teach him, and give meals and snacks to both boys. Their ideal day is easygoing, slightly unstructured but follows a general routine with meal, playtime / reading, naps, snacks, and backyard time.
