Job Description
Marketplace Homes is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Assistant Portfolio Manager to support our growing Build-to-Rent (BTR) and Single-Family Rental (SFR) portfolio operations in the Dallas-Forth Worth market.
This position is responsible for reaching out to new and existing investor clientele. This role will focus on the outreach and relationship development of potential clients such as investors, homeowners, builders, etc.
The candidate for this role must be local to the market of Atlanta
We have developed custom offerings that drive customers to grow their real estate portfolios and maximize their returns. As one of the only full-cycle management firms offering integrated acquisition / disposition, renovation, and debt solutions, Marketplace Homes has something to offer for all levels of SFR and BTR investors.
Essential Functions :
Develop new business and follow up on leads and opportunities to assist in deals through outbound calling, emailing, and messaging with coordinated marketing efforts.
Maintain company databases to track prospects and business opportunities. Consistently updating the CRM with changes.
Generate revenue through our various programs to key segments of real estate investors
Qualifications :
2-4 years of experience in real estate sales (multifamily, SFR, or BTR preferred).
Extensive prior experience using CRM programs like Zoho or Salesforce.
Strong communication skills, both written and speaking
Required : An active real estate license or willingness to earn one
Highly motivated, excelling at time-management and organization
