Responsibilities Position is in a teaching hospital on the Comp Axial Tomograph unit Adult patient population with trauma imaging required Shifts are 10 hours, rotating between 8am-6pm and 10am-8pm Schedule includes every other weekend and coverage for 2 out of 4 major holidays : Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Day Uses Epic EMR, recent experience with Epic required No block schedules permitted Potential assignment duration is 16 weeks Must work 2 out of the following holidays : Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Day Orientation is bi-weekly on Mondays No block scheduling requests will be accommodated Travelers are supported by a multidisciplinary team typical of a teaching hospital Personal vehicle or rental vehicle highly recommended due to limited public transit access Requirements Current ARRT certification required Must apply for Vermont state license at time of offer (license required if applicable) Minimum experience working in a similar size teaching facility Ability to independently perform trauma CT scans Must be able to independently start peripheral IVs Recent Epic experience required within the last 2 years Reliable personal transportation required due to lack of public transit Vehicle must be equipped with all season or snow tires from November through April Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-627613.
