Job Opportunity

We are seeking a business relationship focused, process-minded and data-savvy Field Communications Specialist. The Field Communications Specialist is responsible for working with Business Partners to develop and deploy communications for our Field Partners. They will also work to improve store labor efficiency and operational performance through data analysis and field engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners on communication needs and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Analyze and refine store workflows to enhance labor productivity and reduce complexity
  • Develop models to assess impact of operational changes on staffing and efficiency
  • Recommend improvements to task design, scheduling, and labor allocation
  • Support implementation of new processes across store formats
  • Maintain documentation for SOPs and assist in training and rollout efforts

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 1–2 years in process improvement, labor analysis, or retail operations
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and experience with labor management systems
  • Strong analytical, communication, and observational abilities
