Job Description

As a Senior Quality Engineer, you'll be integral to our production operations, leading quality initiatives that ensure our motor products meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. This role will lead factory quality in our Red Ink facility, where you'll provide hands-on technical leadership, drive root cause analysis, and implement robust quality systems directly on the production floor. You'll be empowered to take ownership of quality challenges, collaborate across engineering and manufacturing teams, and deliver solutions that make a real impact.

Responsibilities

New Product Development (NPD) & Production Readiness

• Lead quality engineering activities for NPD and CI projects
• Ensure system-level validation, component qualification, and supplier readiness
• Prepare and maintain control plans based on PFMEA and CTQ's
• Review and qualify production fixtures (Cpk, GR&R)
• Support DFMA and Critical Dimension Assessment (CDA) reviews with cross-functional teams
• Engage in global transfer and duplication projects
