Optometrist – Full-Time / Part-Time

Position Details :

• Pay : $70 / hour, paid bi-weekly (Guaranteed 40-hour workweek for full-time; weekends

excluded)

Benefits (Full-Time) :

o Eligible after 1 year of employment upon meeting performance goals

o 3% employer contribution per pay period

o Additional year-end bonus program

o Option to contribute to 401K or Roth plan

o Single medical coverage after 90-day trial period (per company policy)

o Optional dental / family coverage available at employee’s expense

o Vacation : 80 hours / year (after 1 year continuous full-time employment)

o Sick Time :   Up to 40 hours / year for FT and PT
