Remediation Environmental Specialist

Position Summary :

• The Remediation Environmental Specialist is responsible for managing and executing soil groundwater and surface remediation activities associated with oil and gas operations along with the creation and maintenance of company Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans. This role ensures environmental impacts from exploration production and midstream operations are properly characterized mitigated and closed in compliance with state and federal regulations. The position requires strong technical knowledge of site assessment remediation technologies and regulatory frameworks to drive efficient and compliant site restoration.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Required Experience & Education

Bachelors degree in environmental science Geology Engineering or related field (Masters preferred).

Minimum 58 years of environmental remediation experience in the oil and gas industry preferably in upstream operations.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER
