Installer / Electrical Apprentice - Twin Cities

$20 / hour + additional pay increases at 90 & 180 days of employment (based on performance). Hours worked count towards state electrical exam requirements!

Responsibilities & Essential Functions

• Perform physical installation of systems / equipment (including but not limited to wire management, mounting, and assembling).
• Use power tools, ladders, digging equipment, and other tools while adhering to safety plans and guidelines.
• Communicate with clients, supervisors, and other applicable stakeholders regarding project status.
• Identify and resolve issues that arise during installations.
• Ensure job sites are kept clean, organized, and safe.
• Prepare job sites for installations.
• Maintain security of equipment issued to each project and notify supervisor of discrepancies or damages.
• Adhere to and enforce Site Safety Plans to ensure crew and own safety.
