About Us : Community Concierge Services (CCS) is a nationwide provider of doorstep waste and recycling collection for apartment communities. Each night, our dedicated team of over 600 employees services more than 150,000 apartment units across the country. We are currently seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Floating District Porter based in the Atlanta, GA area. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working independently, and has no traveling restrictions . You must be comfortable driving for extended periods of time and flying from time to time. This is an entry level role with the company and can lead to a full time management position for the right individuals.

What You'll Do :

✅Travel from market to market on a weekly basis ensuring all aspects of trash collection are handled for each community you are assigned.

✅ Transport collected waste to the community's onsite compactor or dumpster using your open-bed pickup truck.

✅ Ensure broom swept cleanliness of compactor and trash chute areas.

✅ Provide courteous and professional interactions with community residents.

✅ Assist in training and onboarding employees in various markets.

Compensation :

  • You will be provided a salary of $48,000 as well as a per diem in the amount of $50 per day when traveling more than 3 hours from your home base and / or staying overnight.
  • W2 employment position
  • Pay issued via direct deposit on the 5th and 20th of each month
  • A valid bank account is required for payroll processing

Schedule & Hours :

  • Main working hours : are 6pm - 2am Sunday through Thursday / 6pm - 12am Friday & Saturday
  • Must work : 2 weekends per month
  • Shift duration : 5 to 7 hours per night, based on route and pace
  • Weekly average : 35-45 hours, with potential for additional shifts depending on performance and availability

    • Requirements : To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications :

  • Valid drivers license with at least 5 years of clean driving experience.
  • No travel restrictions
  • At least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check
  • Technology : A smartphone with an active data plan (for route communication and task verification).
  • Physical Fitness : Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., climb stairs, and work in varying weather conditions without assistance.
