Job description

Join Our Growing Commercial Sales Team!

Capital Automotive Group is looking for an experienced and driven Commercial Sales Representative to help support and expand our business-to-business relationships in the Raleigh market. If you have a passion for connecting with local businesses understanding their needs and providing solutions that keep them moving we want to talk to you!

What Youll Do :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients across various industries
  • Identify opportunities generate leads and grow your book of business
  • Present vehicle solutions that meet business needs budgets and long-term goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Partner with internal departments to ensure a smooth experience for clients
  • Stay informed on product offerings incentives and fleet / commercial programs

What Were Looking For :

  • Minimum 2 years of commercial sales experience (automotive fleet or B2B preferred)
  • Must be comfortable working with fleet management programs and process
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong communication presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline
  • Professional reliable and customer-focused approach
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
