Certified Radiology Technologist - (RAD Tech)

Join our team as a Radiology Technician in the bustling city of Norfolk, VA. Your role will include operating x-ray equipment, patient interviews, and accurate documentation. You will also be responsible for ensuring proper patient positioning during procedures.

Enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with shifts from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM. You will be covering two locations, which requires a certain flexibility and an enthusiasm for engaging with different teams. With no on-call duties, you'll have the opportunity to balance work and leisure effectively.

Required Qualifications

Certified Radiology Technologist, Radiology

Experience : 3 years

Licenses : RAD-VA

Certifications : R-American Registry of Radiologic Technologists

References : 1 Reference in entire work history

" Must have two years of pediatric experience

" Familiar with x-ray equipment and diagnoses of the radiology department.

" This position also involves interviewing patients and finding out what their problems are; and collecting / documenting necessary information received from the patient (s). He / she is also involved in the proper positioning of the patient during a radiologic imaging procedure.

" Va license in hand, Registered ARRT, BLS
