American Road Group is seeking an Apparel Team Leader at Laconia Harley-Davidson in Meredith, NH! This is a part time position with weekends required.

Summary Description

Manage daily operations for the apparel department. Results driven by way of maintaining an appealing retail environment committed to delivering “excellence in customer service” and building lasting customer relationships. As part of this guest-obsessed team, you will be creating a fun shopping experience for our guests providing tailored style and fit suggestions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising. Reports to Apparel Manager.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee and Direct Operations of Apparel Location
• Participates in Training, Development, and Recruitment of Employees with the Apparel Manager
• Inventory Management
• Retail Environment and Customer Service
• Open and closing responsibilities
• Other Duties as Assigned
