Job descriptionhttps : / / luxfermagtech.com / products / magnesium-products / Summary : The Atomizer Lead will safely operate equipment, adhering to Health & Safety policy and procedures, to deliver Magnesium to our customers' specifications. Monitor processes, performs required measurements and tests, monitors the operation of equipment, and sets equipment controls in maintaining right-first time quality products. Documents production and production processes by digitally entering data, completing production log sheets, recording receipt and usage of raw materials, and calculating material usage. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : Monitor performance and adjust. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Ability to lead team of two others through start up, production, and shut down. Ability to troubleshoot operational issues. Comfortable making improvised planning. Must be self-motivated and be able to effectively handle multiple tasks (simultaneously) in a dynamic and challenging environment. Able to work safely using tools and equipment. Able to operate a forklift and Overhead Crane Track, schedule and complete preventative maintenance tasks. Train team members. Maintain a positive attitude. Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements High School Diploma or GED. 0 – 3 Years working in manufacturing environment. Experience working in a team. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Detail-oriented. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively participate in cross functional teams.
