Job description

Join an integrated practice of 6 highly experienced physicians with a team-based approach in a top Critical Access Hospital in the state of Iowa.

Practice Details :

  • Work alongside a team of 6 other FMOB and OB / Gyn providers
  • Reasonable delivery volumes of anywhere between 50-100
  • 4-day work week offered with an OB call of just 1 : 7
  • 12-15 patients per day
  • Flexible case mix can include up to 65-70% GYN
  • $50 million investment in new facilities will be completed end of 2025
  • DaVinci robot available
  • State-of-the-art LDRP rooms with adjacent access to the Surgery Department

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Employed position with a salary guarantee of up to $464,000 plus generous RVU Conversion Factor
  • Comprehensive benefits package includes a $100,000 Sign-on, Medical, Dental and Life insurance, HSA / FSA, IPERS Pension, CME, Relocation, and more
