Line Attendant (12-Hour Rotating Schedule)

Shift : 2-2-3 Rotation (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on – rotating)

Hours : 6 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM

About the Role :

As a Line Attendant , you’ll play a key role on our production team by :

  • Preparing and feeding product into packaging equipment
  • Inspecting both product and packaging for quality
  • Packing finished cheese products into cases
  • Stacking cases onto pallets on select lines

This is a hands-on position that involves frequent reaching, grasping, lifting, and carrying.

  • Start : $22.37 / hour
  • After 90 Days : $23.74 / hour
  • After 1 Year : $24.18 / hour

    • What You Bring to the Table :

  • A strong team player with the ability to work independently
  • Physically capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and stacking up to 45 lbs
  • Previous experience with automation or robotics is a plus
  • Attention to detail – you can read packaging and labeling for accuracy
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
