Global impact : improve package quality, boost productivity, and lower customer costs worldwide. Own CNC setups and production of standard parts with minimal supervision, hitting spec and schedule. Create and input basic CNC programs; verify and refine tool paths. Manage cutting speeds, chip loads, and tool wear to protect quality and efficiency. Inspect part geometry and hold tight tolerances using precision measuring tools. Load, unload, and deburr parts to keep flow moving. Flag and resolve issues with machinery, tooling, or workholding before they become problems. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment. High school diploma, GED, or completion of an Apprenticeship program. 3–5 years of progressive CNC machining experience. Hands-on ability to program CNC machines (basic program development and edits). Fluency in print reading and GD&T. Proficiency using indicators, micrometers, optical comparators, thread gages, gage pins, etc. Analytical mindset with strong organization and problem-solving skills. Proven capability to detect and troubleshoot machining issues. Composure under pressure; able to balance multiple priorities and deadlines. Mechanical aptitude; collaborates well and performs independently. Safety-first attitude, integrity, and a growth mindset.
