Job Description :

We are seeking a 2 nd Shift Manufacturing & Production Planning Manager to join our growing facility in West Palm Beach, FL. This management position is responsible for leading and directing all activities related to 2 nd shift manufacturing. The base shift time is 3 : 00pm - 12 : 00am. This position may be filled at this level or one level higher.

Essential Functions :

• This management position is responsible for the performance of union hourly personnel supporting all current and future business needs. Second shift personnel will report directly to the manager. In addition, Quality hourly personnel supporting manufacturing may take daily direction from the manager in a matrix reporting capacity. The manager provides direction to direct reports.
