Healthcare Product Manager

A company is looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of a next-generation utilization management solution.

Key Responsibilities

Translate market problems and customer needs into actionable product requirements and user stories

Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps aligned with company goals and customer needs

Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered

5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare technology

Proven ability to define, deliver, and manage high-impact products in agile environments

Strong understanding of utilization management workflows and clinical decision making

Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards and data-powered products involving AI or NLP is a plus
