As an Associate Product Delivery Manager in the Employee Compute organization you will play a key role in supporting the delivery and lifecycle management of desktop and mobile products for JPMC employees. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product deployment user support and continuous improvement of the employee technology experience.
Key responsibilities
- Supports delivery processes including intake dependency management release management product operationalization delivery feasibility decision-making and product performance reporting while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies .
- Contributes to change management activities across functional partners and documents adherence to the firms risk controls compliance and regulatory requirements
- Documents blockers and impediments to aid with dependency management and resource availability
- Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and timelines
- Own and maintain a catalog of desktop and mobile hardware product standards ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
- Ensure that all catalog standards are available for purchase in all global regions working with procurement and regional teams to address availability and compliance.
- Collaborate with engineering and security teams to ensure timely deployment of critical patches and compliance with enterprise standards.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee feedback requirements gathering and issue escalation.
- Contribute to documentation training materials and knowledge base articles for employee self-service.
- Track product adoption usage trends and support metrics to inform future demand and prioritization.
- Support the development of business cases for new features or product enhancements.
Qualifications
2 years of experience or equivalentexpertisein product management project management or a relevant domain areaDemonstrated experience or equivalentexpertisein product management project management or a relevant domain areaExposure to operational management and change readiness workstreams Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in business technology or related field.Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills.Experience working with cross-functional teams in a large enterprise environment.Familiarity with desktop and mobile hardware manufacturers (Apple Dell Samsung etc) is a plus.Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.Preferred Skills
