Warehouse Coordinator - Logistics

Requirements :

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate logistics activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery and return of products to and from customers
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts and stock audits
• Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Prepare and review shipping documentation, including bill of ladings, customs paperwork, FTL / LTL and delivery schedules
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that arise
• Utilize systems (WMS, ERP, TMS) and other software to streamline operations
• Analyze logistics data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction
• File and follow up on shipping claims
• Act as backup for other shipping functions as needed
