Express is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, personable, and able to handle a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining organized records.
- Support event coordination and community programs by managing communications, materials, and logistics.
- Update and maintain databases, contact lists, and filing systems.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with social media posts, newsletters, and community outreach as needed.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as processing invoices or tracking expenses.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional office environment.
Qualifications :
Previous administrative or office experience preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.QuickBooks experience preferred but not required.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Friendly, professional demeanor and commitment to customer service.#albor
