Universal Banker
The Universal Banker provides exceptional customer service while performing both Teller and Banker duties. The person in this position will be expected to enthusiastically market the Bank's products and services to new and existing clients. The Universal Banker is also tasked with performing Teller transactions, servicing customers with non-complex platform needs and opening new deposit accounts. Expectations include consistently delivering exceptional customer service as they relate to both Teller and Platform activities. Perform all Teller transactions, open / close consumer deposit accounts and troubleshoot debit card and On-Line Banking issues. Communicate with customers to determine their needs and offer financial solutions to meet those needs. Know when and how to escalate issues to the appropriate partners. Possess strong organizational, critical thinking and communication skills. Work efficiently and independently with little supervision. Accurately complete all assignments in a timely manner with minimal supervision. Keep a clean, organized work area and a professional appearance at all times. Responsible for meeting individual performance metrics. Qualifications and Education Requirements include at least one year of previous Teller experience is preferred.
