As a Loan Sales Expert, you will :

• Efficiently multitask and adapt to the dynamic demands of the role, ensuring timely and effective service.

• Develop and maintain strong connections with customers throughout the loan process and life cycle, providing tailored solutions based on their unique needs.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and our in-house systems.
• Exhibit a passion for achievement, demonstrating an internal drive to succeed and a goal-oriented attitude.
• Clearly educate customers on optional insurance products, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of loans, terms, and their options.

The schedule for this position is Monday to Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed, which may include Saturdays. The target base salary range is $18.00 to $22.00, based on various factors including skills and work experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program based on individual and company performance.
