Starting Pay : PCA $15.00 / hr

CNA $16.50 / hr

Nursing Assistant $15.50 / hr

Earn a $0.50 / hr raise after completing paid training!

What Youll Do :

Provide companionship and emotional support

Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding)

Help with light housekeeping laundry, linens, tidying up

Prepare simple, healthy meals

Offer medication reminders

Support and educate families on safe caregiving

Use dementia-safe care methods (training provided!)

What Youll Need :

Valid PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification

Compassionate, patient, and dependable nature

Reliable transportation & valid drivers license

Comfortable around small pets (a plus!)

Able to lift 25 lbs

Clear communication via phone and email

Willingness to follow care plans and adapt as needed

Must pass a background check

Experience with dementia care is a plus
