Job descriptionPrepare and process accurate progress billings and monthly invoices Coordinate billing activities with vendors and subcontractors Compile and distribute final billings to clients Review cost reports with Project Managers to ensure proper billing Monitor accounts receivable aging and assist with collection efforts Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field Prior experience with AIA billing or project coordination is highly preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
