Residential Construction Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee residential building projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while also managing relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise residential construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop project schedules and budgets, and ensure adherence to them throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality work and compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements and any challenges faced.
• Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained prior to project commencement.
