Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives across digital, print, and event channels to enhance brand visibility and support business goals. This role works closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to coordinate campaign activities, assist with content creation, manage marketing assets, and help track campaign performance. We are currently accepting candidates from Houston, Dallas, or the DFW area.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, English or a related field. 13 years of experience in a marketing or communications support role (internship or co-op experience acceptable). 2-4 years of experience in a marketing preferred. Experience with InDesign preferred. Experience with pursuits preferred. DAM experience (OpenAsset, Media Valet) preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and organization Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with marketing platforms or design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, CMS platforms) is a plus. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Positive, proactive, and eager to learn about integrated marketing and brand development. Strong collaboration skills and a willingness to take initiative in supporting team goals.
Travel Requirements
This position does not require regular travel as part of its primary responsibilities. However, occasional travel may be required, up to 10%, primarily for occasional off-site meetings, training sessions, or company events. Travel, when necessary, will be communicated in advance and aligned with business needs.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
This position primarily operates in a professional office environment, requiring the ability to work at a desk for extended periods while using a computer, phone, and standard office equipment. The position involves sitting for extended periods, performing data entry, and engaging in frequent communication via email, phone, and in-person interactions. The role involves regular communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders, both in person and through virtual platforms. The physical demands of the job may include occasional standing, walking, bending, and lifting of office materials up to 15 pounds.
