Together, our healthcare team develops personalized patient experiences to help them feel their best and take control of their health.

Our practice is a member of the independent practice association (IPA), PHPprime. PHPprime provides wrap-around services to help make our practice successful, including care coordination, practice transformation coaching, risk adjustment coding education, population health management, data and analytics, specialist network management, and large group contracting.

The Position :

• Qualified candidates include Internal Medicine physicians and Nephrologists
• Part-time or full-time opportunities exist
• 20 patients / day
• Dedicated MA, clinical, and admin support staff
• Nephrologists take phone call only, no call for IM physicians

Salary Range : Salary : $200-220k +
