Step into a hands-on role where your craftsmanship powers advanced American manufacturing. As a full-time, on-site Assembly professional at Re : Build Manufacturing in New Kensington, PA, you'll join a fast-growing team delivering complex products with precision. We are hiring for BOTH 1st SHIFT (7am-3 : 30pm) and 2nd SHIFT (3pm-11 : 30pm).

A day in the life

Whether you're starting at sunrise or mid-afternoon, you'll review electronic / written drawings and work instructions, stage components, and assemble sub-systems with care. You keep your workcell organized, your tools in top condition, and your documentation crisp and complete. Throughout the day, you collaborate with Team Leads, Quality, Operators, and Management to solve problems at the source and keep work moving.

What you'll do

  • Assemble components, sub-assemblies, and hardware by following drawings, specifications, and clear work instructions.
  • Maintain counts and organization for components, hardware, and department supplies.
  • Keep the assembly area orderly; care for assembly equipment, tooling, and fixtures.
  • Offer ideas to continuously improve processes and documentation.
  • Partner with Management, Team Leads, Quality, and shop personnel to address assignments and resolve quality issues.
  • Complete all required reports and paperwork legibly and on time.

What you'll bring

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to read basic drawings and follow work instructions.
  • Competence performing in-process checks and inspections.
  • Comfort with basic math.
  • Mechanical aptitude paired with solid technical know-how.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Clear, timely communication, a self-starter mindset, and a positive approach.
