Job descriptionStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Commitment to safety and attention to detail. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Dependable and self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset. Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug / alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. What You'll Be Doing
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Safely operate tools and equipment to complete repairs and installations.
- Collaborate with operations team to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections.
