I-9 Technical Support – has to have previous experience supporting I-9, understand the requirements of Government Regulations, and the step-by-step processing of I-9. Must be able to interact with managers & employees via email and Teams video.
File Room Project (15 full cabinets) of cataloging files, putting them into boxes to be shipped out, etc. Demonstrates knowledge on I-9 Process / Form.
Savvy to be able to navigate around the electronic I-9 System (training will be provided on the actual system).
Good communication skills both verbal & written to interact with managers & employees.
Good Excel skills to navigate around Excel spreadsheets and formulas to support I-9 work from internal reports.
Data entry skills needed for File Room Project.
Trusted Partner / Confidentiality – will be dealing with very sensitive information (employees Social Security Number, Passport Information, etc.).
Reports to People Experience Team Lead, receiving direction, setting priorities, and providing updates on work.
People Experience Advisor – will train and provide specific instructions for challenging I-9 cases.
Managers & Employees – Partners with managers & employees on I-9 escalations to get items corrected.
Qualifications
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience, preferably in HR
A minimum of 2 years of experience / exposure working with I-9 / E-Verify.
Bachelor's degree
Microsoft Outlook – Teams, E-mail, Excel, Word capabilities
Previous experience working with Electronic I-9 Forms preferred.
