Position Overview
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Commercial Data Analyst to join our Commercial team. This role plays a key part in supporting the implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of our budgeting software, the development of commercial reporting tools, and providing valuable analytical insights to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain commercial reports and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, or other relevant tools.
- Assist in configuring, testing, and rolling out a new budget software tool, including post-launch support and troubleshooting.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of data across all reporting systems.
- Support ad-hoc commercial analysis requests across departments.
- Provide critical assistance to the Senior Commercial Analyst, particularly during peak budget planning periods.
- Document business processes and prepare user guides for internal teams.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and other key stakeholders to gather and validate data inputs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in reporting and budgeting systems and processes.

About You
You're an inquisitive problem solver who thrives on transforming data into insights. You bring a collaborative mindset and are comfortable working across departments. You have a solid foundation in data analytics and reporting and ideally have experience working with budgeting tools and supporting implementation projects.
Key Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in Power BI , Microsoft Excel , and data visualisation tools.
- Strong working knowledge of multidimensional data models (cubes and dimensions) and relational database systems.
- Experience working with budgeting or financial planning systems (implementation or support a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage tasks in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with reporting frameworks, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
