Clinical HR Associate

A company is looking for a Clinical HR Associate to support healthcare staffing operations remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with recruiting and account management teams for clinical hiring initiatives

Oversee compliance with healthcare staffing regulations, including credentialing and licensing

Assist in developing HR processes specific to clinical staffing for efficiency and regulatory alignment

Required Qualifications

5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in clinical or healthcare staffing

Strong understanding of healthcare roles and compliance requirements

Proficiency in HR systems and tools

Experience supporting clinical recruiting teams or working within a healthcare staffing agency preferred

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
