Job Title : Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Job Specialty : Outpatient Orthopedics

Job Duration : Ongoing

Shift : Day Shift

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week with the expectation to work up to 40 hours

Experience : Outpatient Experience is preferred, but new graduates and first-time travelers are welcome to apply

License : Must possess a valid state license

Certifications : Required state and professional certifications

Must-Have : Ability to float to other clinics as needed

Job Description :

• Provide quality care to a diverse outpatient orthopedic patient population
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12-14 patients per day
• Engage in double-booking of follow-up visits when necessary
• Meet productivity expectations by completing 60 patient visits per week
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff to maintain a high level of care
• Adhere to clinic policies and procedures to maintain safety and quality standards
