HR Front Desk Admin

100% on site- Columbia, SC 29210

We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Front Desk Admin to join our team and help shape a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing expert guidance on HR policies, benefits, and conflict resolution
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies through regular audits
  • Supporting performance management processes, including evaluations and development plans
  • Coordinating and delivering impactful training and development initiatives
  • Maintaining accurate employee records in our HRIS system
  • Driving employee engagement and fostering a welcoming, inclusive environment
  • Assisting with compensation analysis to ensure competitive offerings

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR or a related discipline
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices and labor laws
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
