This Position reports to :

Customer Quality Engineer

Quality Control Technician - 1st Shift

In this role, you will be deploying and facilitating the quality culture in Electrification Smart Power (ELSP). You will be responsible for ensuring and controlling quality to exceed customer expectations while ensuring sustainable operations, representing the voice of the customer, and upholding product and process compliance to ABB standards.

Customer Quality Manager

Your responsibilities

• Inspect and troubleshoot any defects or discrepancies in conformity
• Assist other QC(Quality Control) Technicians, Operators, Wirers and Assemblers when quality questions arise
• Perform inspections using measurement tooling (calipers, gauges, meters, etc.)
• Train other employees
• Inspect, examine, and observe for product or equipment defects
• Perform other related duties as assigned
