Duties include consults in the ED, ICU, and CV cases, with CT consults routed to the CVT PA. The position supports one surgeon and two APPs, averages 8 patients daily, uses Epic EMR, and covers mostly cardiovascular cases, as emergent thoracic cases are rare. Locum coverage is needed due to two APP vacancies while recruiting permanent staff.
