As a Case Records Specialist, you will be a critical role in gathering, organizing, and managing large volumes of client documentation, including but not limited to medical records, billing, insurance information, policy documents, and related materials to support ongoing mass tort litigation and settlements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Request, collect, and track medical records, billing, and supporting documentation from healthcare providers and insurance carriers.
• Verify and update client demographics, insurance details, and relevant property or product-related documents.
• Review medical records and reports for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, following up promptly to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized, up-to-date case files and data within the firm's case management and project databases.
• Prepare medical summaries, document packets, and supporting materials for litigation, claims, and settlements.
• Collaborate with attorneys, project leads, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure timely receipt of required documentation.
• Uphold HIPAA compliance and strict confidentiality of all client medical information.
• Perform additional administrative and clerical support tasks as needed to assist case and project workflows.
