A company is looking for a Vice President, Certification.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the certification exam function from design to operations, ensuring high-quality professional examinations

Manage exam content pipelines and oversee certification exam operations, including logistics and vendor management

Build and lead inclusive, high-performing teams while fostering a positive team culture

Required Qualifications

Master's or Doctorate in Education, Psychology, Testing & Measurement, Business, or a related field

Minimum of 10 years of experience in certification exam development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role

Deep understanding of psychometrics, exam design methodologies, and global credentialing best practices

Proven experience in managing multi-million-dollar budgets and optimizing financial resources

Strong change leadership and coaching skills in complex, global organizations
