Therapeutic Activity Coordinator
The Therapeutic Activity Coordinator designs and implements a range of therapeutic, social, and recreational activities for participants. Conducts individual assessments to identify participants' interests and needs. Develops and delivers tailored programs to cater to diverse requirements. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care planning.

Cordinates documentation and reporting for assigned groups of participants
Leads engaging events that foster community and participation
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Recreation Therapy or related field
Within 30 days of hire : National Provider BLS certification from American Heart Association
Upon hire : Registration as a Recreational Therapist in the state of Washington
Upon hire : National Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist certification from National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Certification (if practicing in this state)
Preferred Qualifications
At least two years of experience providing recreation services to older adults or individuals with disabilities
