Overview :
A respected and established casual dining restaurant is seeking a hands-on, motivated Restaurant Manager for its Corona location. We’re looking for a strong leader with a passion for hospitality, team development, and delivering an outstanding guest experience in a high-volume setting.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure top-tier food quality, cleanliness, and guest service
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members to build a positive and productive culture
- Monitor labor, food, and supply costs while meeting operational targets
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain food presentation and safety standards
- Resolve guest issues professionally and uphold service standards
- Analyze operational metrics and implement improvements where needed
Qualifications :
3+ years of restaurant management experience (full-service or fast-casual preferred)Proven leadership and team-building capabilitiesStrong customer service and conflict resolution skillsWorking knowledge of food safety and health regulationsOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentBenefits :
