A respected and established casual dining restaurant is seeking a hands-on, motivated Restaurant Manager for its Corona location. We’re looking for a strong leader with a passion for hospitality, team development, and delivering an outstanding guest experience in a high-volume setting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure top-tier food quality, cleanliness, and guest service
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members to build a positive and productive culture
• Monitor labor, food, and supply costs while meeting operational targets
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain food presentation and safety standards
• Resolve guest issues professionally and uphold service standards
• Analyze operational metrics and implement improvements where needed
