Job Overview :

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Staff, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in need. This role requires a strong drive to help others and a commitment to maintaining the privacy and rights of residents.

Duties :

• Assist individuals with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times
• Assist with transportation to appointments or community outings
• Document and maintain accurate records of care provided
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of resident information
• Follow established systems and protocols for providing care
• Advocate for resident rights and ensure their needs are met
