A company is looking for a Data Engineering IT Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee IT projects and products, ensuring timely delivery and effective performance tracking

Manage team performance, training, and departmental goals while supporting budget forecasting and resource allocation

Provide technical expertise and strategic leadership, ensuring compliance with standards and facilitating system modifications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in applications development, analysis, or systems engineering, or a High School Diploma / GED with 10 years of experience

Working knowledge of cloud data warehousing, data modeling, and business reporting

Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases

Experience managing high-performance teams in complex environments

Knowledge of data governance and security best practices
