Seeking a DPT or Physical Therapist to cover therapy services in Clearwater, FL to provide treatment in a home setting : $130 / eval

We are an outpatient therapy clinic seeking passionate therapists to deliver top-notch therapy and results for our geriatric / Hospice clientele. Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Evaluates and treats patients in a Home Setting / mostly hospice patients
• Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professions
• Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR
• Having your own equipment including smart devices and blood pressure monitor.

Qualifications :

Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral / Masters / Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy ,

Education and / or Experience : New graduate applicants welcome + Experienced Therapists

Actively Licensed as a FL Physical Therapist.
