Litigation Attorney (Retail 5-10)

Litigation attorney with 5-10 years of experience to handle tort / personal injury defense and complex liability matters for a hard-working AV-rated law firm. Candidate with experience in all aspects of litigation is required, including case work up, research, analysis, discovery and motions. Candidate should have experience taking percipient witness and expert depositions and representing clients in mediations. Excellent research and writing skills are required.
