Metropolitan Companies is looking for a Jr. Preconstruction Manager to join our team! The Jr. Preconstruction Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects in the process starting from approved civil engineer land development plans to full permit approvals for Multi-Family Apartment complexes. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate overall management of multi-family construction projects.
- Coordinate with all third-party professionals (Civil / MEP / Structural Engineers, Designers, Architects, etc.) throughout the construction permitting process after entitlements team hands off approved land development plans.
- Prepare project construction documents
- Manage product selection and product presentation spec books
- Obtain owner approval for all product specifications
- Coordinate BIM coordination with in-house architectural team and third-party consultants.
