IT NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR

Manages daily network activities working directly with the helpdesk team, digital and IT infrastructure teams. Provides technical support and manages daily tickets, tasks, and support responsibilities. Works with IT management to help set technical direction and oversee technical changes.
